The sensation of being satisfied is known as fullness. Your stomach sends a signal to your brain that it's time to eat. This sensation usually causes you to quit eating and not think about food for several hours. The hypothalamus, blood sugar, and having food in your stomach and intestines all play a role in feeling full. Our physical and psychological mechanisms for detecting hunger and fullness are both harmed. The chemicals that tell our brains when to eat and when to stop eating are messed up. Our confidence in our bodies is in jeopardy.
