Dietary protein can be found in a variety of foods, including:
Beef, lamb, veal, hog, and kangaroo are examples of lean meats.
Chicken, turkey, duck, emu, goose, and bush birds are examples of poultry.
Fish, prawns, crab, lobster, mussels, oysters, scallops, and clams are all examples of seafood.
